摘  要:通过工业污染区架空线路导线的外观形貌观察、腐蚀坑深度测量、抗拉强度、伸长率、扭转次数及电阻率等理化及电气试验,以及与同型号新导线检测结果的数值比对,探究导线腐蚀对其力学、导电及防腐性能的影响,另外,通过铝线及镀锌钢线的断口分析、腐蚀物成分、镀锌钢线的镀层厚度观测,研究工业污染环境下钢芯铝绞线的腐蚀机理及控制措施,提出了新的镀锌钢线锌层厚度检测评估方法,为架空输电线路腐蚀状态评价及运维检修策略提供技术依据。Through observation the appearance of overhead conductors,measuring the depth of corrosion pits,testing the tensile strength,elongation,twisting times and resistivity of two lines in industrial contaminated section,then comparing with the testing results of new conductors of the same type,explore the influence of conductor corrosion on its mechanical,conductive and anticorrosive properties.In addition,through fracture analysis of aluminum wires and galvanized steel wires,composition of corrosion products,and inspection of coating quality of galvanized steel wire,the corrosion mechanism and control measures of ACSR in industrial polluted environment are studied to provide technical basis for the evaluation of corrosion status and maintenance strategy of overhead transmission lines.
