摘 要:猫头塔广泛应用于单回路交流输电线路中,其塔头构造相对复杂,下曲臂部分的构造对整个杆塔尤为重要。本文采用三维铁塔计算软件对110 kV电压等级某系列直线杆塔进行建模并对计算结果展开深入分析。分析结果表明,经过典型设计修编工作验证,合理规划猫头塔下曲臂构造,能有效降低下曲臂外部主材角钢规格、减少分段、连接斜材、节点板及螺栓数量,进而有效减低杆塔整体重量,值得在今后的杆塔设计工作中借鉴采用。Cat-Head Type Straight Tower are widely used in single-circuit AC transmission lines,and their tower head structure is relatively complex.The structure of the lower cross-arm part is particularly important for the entire pole tower.In this paper,the finite element software was used to model a module straight pole tower of 110 kV voltage level and conduct an in-depth analysis of the calculation results.The analysis results show that,after verification through the typical design revision work,reasonable planning of the Cat-Head Type Straight Tower‘s lower cross-arm structure can effectively reduce the angle steel specifications of the external main materials of the lower cross-arm,decrease the number of segments,connection diagonals,node plates,and bolts,thereby effectively reducing the overall weight of the pole tower.This approach is worth adopting in future pole tower design work.
