摘　　要：目的:研究分析游戏治疗服务对于住院患儿及其主要照顾者焦虑情绪的影响,总结医务社工在开展医院游戏治疗服务中的角色功能和服务经验,提出专业思考。方法:采用文献研究和问卷调查法,对比分析某市儿童医院住院患儿及其主要照顾者在接受医务社工游戏治疗服务前后的焦虑程度,运用半结构访谈调研访谈对象对于医务社工服务的满意度,总结归纳在服务三个阶段中医务社工的角色功能。结果:接受医务社工游戏治疗与减轻住院患儿及其主要照顾者的焦虑程度呈显著相关。医务社工在游戏治疗开展前期主要扮演策划者和沟通者角色,开展中期扮演引导者和治疗者角色,开展后期扮演评估者和追踪者角色。结论:医务社工开展院内游戏治疗可帮助改善患儿及其主要照顾者就医体验。建议要重视住院患儿情感需求,发挥医务社工多重角色作用;提高医院游戏服务水平,形成项目化规范化标准。Objective:To study and analyze the influence of play therapy services on the anxiety of hospitalized children and their main caregivers,summarize the role functions and service experience of medical social workers in carrying out play therapy services in hospitals,and put forward professional thoughts.Methods:Literature research and questionnaire survey were used to compare and ana-lyze the anxiety level of hospitalized children and their main caregivers before and after receiving play therapy services from medical so-cial workers in a certain city children’s hospital.Semi-structured interview was used to investigate and interview subjects’satisfaction with medical social workers’services,and the roles and functions of medical social workers in the three stages of service were summa-rized.Results:There was a significant correlation between receiving play therapy from medical social workers and reducing anxiety in hospitalized children and their main caregivers.Medical social workers mainly play the role of planner and communicator in the early stage of play therapy,guide and therapist in the middle stage,and evaluator and tracker in the late stage.Conclusion:In-hospital play therapy carried out by medical social workers can help improve the medical experience of children and their main caregivers.It is sug-gested that we should pay attention to the emotional needs of hospitalized children and play multiple roles of medical social workers.Improve the level of hospital game service and form project-based standardized standards.
