摘  要:针对复杂精铸扩压器加工位置铸造余量不足缺肉、焊接止口厚度薄厚不均匀等现象,文中分析了机械加工过程中复杂精铸扩压器变形机理,利用三坐标检测、划线检查、余量试切等方法确定内外引气管的缺陷位置及大小,控制铸件毛料余量加工要求。研究结果表明:文中方法提高了铸件扩压器机械加工尺寸的一致性,降低了机械加工难度,有效解决了约96%的铸造毛料缺陷及变形严重引起的零件报废问题,可为普通铸件毛料预检测及机械加工提供参考。Aiming at insufficient casting allowance and uneven thickness of welding stops at the processing location of a complex precision casting diffuser,the paper analyzes its deformation mechanism in the machining process.Three coordinates testing,scribing inspection,allowance trial cutting and other methods are used to determine the location and size of defects in the internal and external air intake tubes and to control the processing requirements for casting allowance of raw materials.The results show that by the method proposed in this paper the consistency of machining dimensions of casting diffusers is guaranteed and the machining difficulty is reduced.This study can effectively solve the problem that about 96%of the casting parts are scrapped due to their serious defects and deformation.It can provide a reference for pre testing and machining of general casting parts.
