摘 要:厌氧膜生物反应器(AnMBR)运行过程中普遍存在膜污染,是制约其实际应用的主要问题。以餐厨垃圾为原料,在高温(50±1)℃和水力停留时间15 d条件下研究了纤维膜AnMBR的膜过滤性能和膜清洗策略。结果表明,该条件下AnMBR系统运行稳定,膜对COD、碳水化合物和蛋白质具有96%、98%和93%的截留率。发酵液含固率在系统运行稳定后维持在28 g·L^(−1)左右,以7.8 L·(m^(2)·h)^(−1)的通量运行时发生较快的膜污染,而在5.4 L·(m^(2)·h)^(−1)的运行通量下则可明显延长27 d的过滤时间。此外,膜污染主要阻力来自泥饼层和有机污染阻力。经物理清洗后,采用质量浓度1 g·L^(−1)的次氯酸钠溶液与2 g·L^(−1)的柠檬酸溶液分别浸泡15h和2 h可恢复膜过滤性能。通过批示实验研究次氯酸钠对厌氧发酵微生物活性的影响,发现次氯酸钠溶液浓度低于0.5 g·L^(−1)对厌氧产甲烷微生物活性影响较小。本研究从膜过滤和清洗的角度表明,AnMBR用于处理高浓度餐厨垃圾具有较好的处理性能,通过优化膜清洗策略可实现膜反应器的持续运行。Membrane fouling is a major challenge in the operation of an anaerobic membrane bioreactor,fouling is the main reason restricting membrane practical application.In this study,food waste was taken as the substrate,the filtration performance and cleaning strategy of a hollow fiber AnMBR was evaluated under thermophilic condition(50±1)℃and a hydraulic retention time of 15 days.Results showed that the AnMBR system run stably under these conditions with the rejection rates of 96%,98%and 93%for COD,carbohydrates and proteins,respectively.The solid content of the digestate maintained at about 28 g·L^(−1) during the stable period,and rapid membrane fouling occurred when it run at a flux of 7.8 LMH,while the filtration duration could be significantly extended by 27 days when it run at a flux of 5.4 LMH.In addition,the main fouling resistance was resulting from development of a cake layer and organic pollution.After physical cleaning,a chemical cleaning of fouled membrane by soaking in 1 g·L^(−1) sodium hypochlorite solution for 15h and then in 2 g·L^(−1) citric acid solution for 2 h could restore the membrane permeability.A batch experiment to study the effect of sodium hypochlorite on the activity of anaerobic microorganisms showed that a concentration lower than 0.25 g·L^(−1) of sodium hypochlorite had slight effect on the activity of functional methanogens.The study showed that in AnMBR,both membrane filtration and cleaning improved the process performance on treating high concentration food waste,and the continuous operation of the membrane could be achieved by optimizing the membrane cleaning strategy.
