摘  要:为探究222 nm准分子灯在实验室条件下对微生物的杀灭效果,采用生物学抗力高于严重急性呼吸系统综合征冠状病毒2(SARS-Co V-2)的细菌繁殖体作为指示菌,研究了不同条件下222 nm准分子灯辐照度值及其发射光波长分布对微生物的杀灭效果,并将其与传统的低压汞灯进行比较。结果显示,距离物体表面32 cm处,紫外线灯峰值波长为222 nm,辐照度值为1796μw/cm^(2),而低压汞灯峰值波长为253.8 nm,辐照度值仅为484μw/cm^(2)。在对微生物的杀灭效果上,采用磷酸盐缓冲溶液稀释菌液、染菌载体钢片温度20℃且不进行干燥处理条件下,222 nm准分子灯照射15 s即可对金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)、大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)和铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)的杀灭对数值达到3。采用胰蛋白胨大豆肉汤稀释菌液、染菌载体钢片温度为20℃、4℃和-20℃,且进行干燥处理条件时,222 nm准分子灯达到消毒效果需要60 s,而低压汞灯需要20 min。本研究表明,在同等条件下,222 nm准分子灯达到消毒效果需要的时间要远少于低压汞灯,且222 nm准分子灯辐照度值和对微生物的杀灭效果均强于低压汞灯,可应用于冷链货物等的表面消毒。In order to explore the killing effect of 222 nm excimolecular lamp on microorganisms under laboratory conditions,this study used the bacterial propagules of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)as the indicator bacteria to investigate the disinfection effect of 222 nm excimer lamp on microorganisms under different conditions,and compared it with tradi-tional low-pressure mercury lamps.The results indicate that at a distance of 32 cm from the surface of the object,the peak wavelength of the excimer lamp is 222 nm,and the irradiance value is 1796μw/cm^(2),while the peak wavelength of the low-pressure mercury lamp is 253.8 nm,and the irradiance value is only 484μw/cm^(2).In terms of the killing effect on microorganisms,under the condition that the bacterial solution was diluted with phosphate buffer solution,with the temperature of the bacterial carrier steel plate at 20℃,and no drying conditions were applied,the killing logarithm of Staphylococcus aureuss,Escherichia coli,and Pseudomonas aeruginosa can reach 3 after 15 seconds of irradiation with a 222 nm excimer lamp.Under the condition that the bacterial solution was diluted with tryptone soy broth with the temperature of the bacterial carrier steel plate at 20℃,4℃and-20℃,and drying conditions were applied,it took 60 s for 222 nm excimer lamp to achieve disinfection effect,and 20 min for low-pressure mercury lamp.This study shows that under the same conditions,the time required for the 222nm excimer lamp to achieve disinfection effect is much shorter than that of the low-pressure mercury lamp,and the irradiance value and bactericidal effect of the 222 nm excimer lamp are stronger than those of the low-pressure mercury lamp.So the 222 nm excimer lamp can be applied to the surface disinfection of cold chain goods.
