基于知识图谱的国内大型医疗设备配置研究现状分析

摘　　要：目的对国内大型医疗设备配置的发展现状进行分析,利用知识图谱对设备配置的有关文献进行可视化处理,对学科知识进行归纳总结。方法以“大型医疗设备配置”或“大型医用设备配置”为主题,在CNKI数据库收集相关期刊文献,利用Citespace和VOSviewer软件对文献的作者、机构、关键词等内容进行可视化分析。结果关于大型医疗设备配置的发文量呈波形上升趋势;学科研究以医疗卫生方针政策与法律法规研究为主,融合生物医学工程等多学科交叉研究;对关键词进行分析,得到4个聚类,分别是大型医疗设备配置规划、医院大型医疗设备配置绩效评价与效益分析、大型医疗设备配置公平性分析、大型医疗设备配置管理;对高被引用量文献分析,得到配置现状分析、配置公平性分析、设备绩效评价三类重点研究方向。结论大型医疗设备配置领域受到了越来越多的关注,呈现出跨学科研究的趋势,研究者在配置领域关注着不同方面的问题,未来的研究应深化跨学科合作,进一步完善评价体系和指标,以提高大型医疗设备的利用效率和服务水平。Objective To analyze the development status of large medical equipment configuration in China,visualize the relevant literature of equipment configuration by using knowledge graph,and summarize the subject knowledge.Methods With the topic of large medical equipment configuration and large medical equipment configuration,the relevant journal literature was collected in CNKI database,and the author,institution and key words of the literature were visually analyzed by Citespace and VOSviewer software.Results The number of published papers on the configuration of large medical devices showed an upward trend.The discipline research mainly focused on the research of medical and health policies and laws and regulations,and integrates the interdisciplinary research of biomedical engineering.By analyzing the keywords,four clusters were obtained,which were large-scale medical equipment configuration planning,performance evaluation and benefit analysis of hospital large-scale medical equipment configuration,fairness analysis of large-scale medical equipment configuration,and large-scale medical equipment configuration management.Based on the analysis of highly cited literature,three key research directions of configuration status analysis,configuration fairness analysis and equipment performance evaluation were obtained.Conclusion The field of large-scale medical equipment allocation has received more and more attention,showing a trend of interdisciplinary research.Researchers pay attention to different aspects of problems in the 34 Modern Instruments&Medical Treatment,2024,Vol.30 No.3 field of allocation.Future research should deepen interdisciplinary cooperation and further improve the evaluation system and indicators to improve the utilization efficiency and service level of large-scale medical equipment.
