摘　　要：国际标准化组织(ISO)基于技术规范ISO/TS 22163:2017《铁路应用质量管理体系铁路组织业务管理体系要求:ISO 9001:2015及铁路领域应用的特殊要求》,于2023年7月25日发布国际标准ISO 22163:2023《铁路应用铁路质量管理体系ISO 9001:2015和铁路领域应用的特定要求》。为方便我国铁路相关人员理解和使用国际标准,从标准的主要内容、主要过程、绩效指标等方面展开比对分析。Based on the technical specification ISO/TS 22163:2017 Railway applications-Quality management system-Business management system requirements for rail organizations:ISO 9001:2015 and particular require⁃ments for application in the rail sector,International Organization for Standardization(ISO)officially released the international standard ISO 22163:2023 Railway applications-Railway quality management system-ISO 9001:2015 and specific requirements for application in the railway sector on July 25,2023.In order to facilitate the understanding and application of international standards by railway personnel,comparative analysis is carried out from the aspects of the main content,main process and performance indicators of the standards.
