摘 要:兆欧表主要用于测量各种绝缘材料的电阻值,以及变压器、电机、电缆等电气设备的绝缘电阻。在测量过程中,兆欧表停止转动或被测物放电前,存在操作人员触电风险。为此,在介绍兆欧表组成和操作步骤的基础上,研制2种兆欧表操作安全防护装置,并进行验证试验和对比分析。结果表明:分别加装2种设计方案的安全防护装置后,并不影响兆欧表测得绝缘电阻值的准确度,还能防止操作人员触电造成伤害。A megohmmeter is mainly used to measure the resistance values of various insulation materials,as well as the insulation resistance of electrical equipment such as transformers,motors,cables,etc.There is a risk of electric shock for operators before the megohmmeter stops rotating or the measured object discharges during testing.To this end,based on the introduction of the composition and operation steps of the megohmmeter,two kinds of the safety protection device during operation of the megohmmeter are developed,and verification tests and comparative analysis are conducted.The results showed that the accuracy of the insulation resistance value measured by the megohmmeter are not affected after two kinds of design scheme of the safety protection devices are in stalled separately,and injuries from electric shock to operators can also be prevented.
