摘 要:为经济合理的利用云南晋宁尖山低品位低磷高镁磷矿石,将其与高磷低镁配矿浮选。通过不同配比、单反浮选试验,研究其可选性及其药剂制度。结果表明:低品位磷矿石与高磷低镁磷矿石的质量比为1∶2、磨矿细度≤0.074 mm达到92%、硫酸用量为18.0 kg/t、YP6用量为3.0 kg/t、磷酸用量1.5 kg/t时,获得精矿的P_(2)O_(5)质量分数29.84%、MgO质量分数0.72%、Al_(2)O_(3)质量分数0.82%,产率75.95%、回收率93.70%、尾矿P_(2)O_(5)质量分数6.33%。In order to economically and rationally utilize low grade low phosphorus and high magnesium phosphate ores in Jianshan,the beneficiability and reagent system of the ores were studied by flotation experiments with high phosphorus and low magnesium.The test results show that:When low-grade phosphate ore and high-phosphorus and low-magnesium phosphate ore are 1∶2,the grinding fineness of-0.074 mm reaches 92%,the dosage of sulfuric acid is 18.0 kg/t,the dosage of YP6 is 3.0 kg/t,and the dosage of phosphoric acid is 1.5 kg/t,The beneficiation indexes of P_(2)O_(5)content of concentrate 29.84%,MgO 0.72%,Al_(2)O_(3)0.82%,yield 75.95%,recovery 93.70%and P_(2)O_(5)content of tailings 6.33%were obtained.
