摘　　要：选择来自广西金秀生产的绞股兰、金钱草、金荞麦3种清热解毒类中草药作为研究对象,测定燃烧热、燃烧稳定性、脂肪、粗纤维、灰分、微量元素,从多指标研究中草药品质。结果表明,绞股兰、金钱草、金荞麦3种中草药燃烧热含量在15493.55~24188.85 J/g之间;燃烧稳定性排序为:绞股兰>金荞麦>金钱草;脂肪质量分数在0.12%~0.28%之间,大小顺序为:金钱草>金荞麦>绞股兰;灰分质量分数在7.85%~8.66%之间,大小顺序为:绞股兰>金钱草>金荞麦;粗纤维质量分数在21.85%~31.90%之间,大小顺序为:金钱草>绞股兰>金荞麦。燃烧热、燃烧性(燃烧稳定性)、脂肪含量、灰分、粗纤维和微量元素含量多指标的顺序为:绞股兰>金钱草>金荞麦。研究建立绞股兰、金钱草、金荞麦多指标分析及评价体系,为中草药质量评价和其综合利用提供一定的理论基础和科学指导。Three types of heat clearing and detoxifying Chinese herbal medicines,including Gynostemma pentaphyllum,Lysimachia japonica,and Buckwheat,produced in Jinxiu,Guangxi,were selected as the research objects.The combustion heat,combustion stability,fat,crude fiber,ash content,and trace elements of these three Chinese herbal medicines were measured,and the quality of Chinese herbal medicines was studied from multiple indicators.The results showed that the combustion heat of three traditional Chinese herbs,including Gynostemma pentaphyllum,Lysimachia japonica,and Buckwheat,ranged from 15493.55 to 24188.85 J/g;The ranking of combustion stability is:Gynostemma pentaphyllum>Buckwheat>Lysimachia japonica;The fat content(%)ranges from 0.12%to 0.28%,and the order of magnitude is:Lysimachia japonica>Buckwheat>Gynostemma pentaphyllum;The ash content(%)ranges from 7.85%to 8.66%,in the following order:Gynostemma pentaphyllum>Lysimachia japonica>Buckwheat;The crude fiber content(%)ranges from 21.85%to 31.90%,and the order of magnitude is:Lysimachia japonica>Gynostemma pentaphyllum>Buckwheat.The order of multiple indicators including combustion heat,combustion stability,fat content,ash content,crude fiber content,and trace element content is as follows:Gynostemma pentaphyllum>Lysimachia japonica>Buckwheat.This study establishes a multi index analysis and evaluation system for three Chinese herbal medicines:Gynostemma pentaphyllum,Lysimachia japonica,and Buckwheat.This provides a theoretical basis and scientific guidance for the quality evaluation and comprehensive utilization of Chinese herbal medicines.
