摘  要:分析了云贵川及山西炼焦用煤的主要特性,应用全要素配煤技术和传统制焦配煤技术,从煤种成本、配合煤特性及灰分、镜质组组分和焦炭质量等5个方面,对比焦炭生产中预测值和实际值的差异,结果表明:焦炭反应性(CRI)和反应后强度(CSR)预测平均偏差分别为-0.31%和-0.02%,全要素配煤技术能很好预测焦炭质量并指导炼焦生产;通过反射率分布图分析,全要素配煤技术优化的配煤方案可有效控制和稳定配合煤的质量,实现配合煤瘦化、焦炭质量稳定、焦炭生产成本降低;配煤方案经生产验证和运行数据修正,全要素配煤技术在侧装捣固型焦炉上具有较广泛的适应性,可较为准确预测焦炭热性质和化产品产率。The main characteristics of coking coal used in Yun-gui-chuan and Shanxi are analyzed,and the difference between the predicted value and the actual value of coke production is compared from five aspects,including coal type,coal blending characteristics,ash content,vitrinite composition and coke quality,by applying the all-factor coal blending technology and traditional coking blending technology.The average deviation of CRI and CSR is-0.31%and-0.02%,respectively.The all-factor coal blending technology can predict coke quality and guide coking production well.Through the analysis of the reflectance distribution diagram,the coal blending plan optimized by the all-factor coal blending technology can effectively control and stabilize the quality of the coal blending,realize the thinning of the coal blending,the stability of coke quality and the reduction of coke production cost.After production verification and operation data modification,the all-factor coal blending technology has a wide range of adaptability in side-loading tamped coke ovens,and can accurately predict the thermal properties of coke and chemical product yield,which provides an important technical basis for scientific and convenient determination of coal blending scheme.
