摘　　要：对易吸潮粉体物料的人工破包加料方式进行了研制。在除湿机配合人工破包加料的基础上,采用简易破包方式,增加了气体保护、布袋除尘等硬件和自动保护联锁加料系统。改进后,自动保护式加料及保护系统的效果良好。可为其它易吸潮粉体物料的加料提供借鉴和参考。This article focuses on the research and development of the manual bag breaking dosing method in the dosing room of easily hygroscopic powder.On the basis of the original dehumidifier in the dosing room with manual bag breaking dosing,a simple bag breaking method is adopted,and equipment such as nitrogen protection and fabric filter are added in combination with an auto-protection interlocking dosing system.After improvement,the operation effect of the auto-protective dosing and protection system is good.This can provide references and guidances for the dosing of other easily hygroscopic powder materials.
