合江水电站正常蓄水位抬高效益影响和补救措施研究

摘  要:为提高合江水电站水力资源利用率和改善五华县城区水景观,拟抬高合江水电站的正常蓄水位。本文分别从水电站发电效益、河道水景观效益、排水和浸没影响3方面分析了电站正常蓄水位抬高的效益影响,对不同水位抬高方案进行比选,并基于选定的水位抬高方案提出了合理的工程与非工程补救措施以消除不利影响。In order to improve the utilization rate of water resources and enhance the water landscape of Wuhua County,it is proposed to raise the normal water level of Hejiang Hydropower Station.This paper analyzes the benefits impact of raising the normal water level of the hydropower station from three aspects:power generation benefit,river landscape benefit,drainage and inundation impact,and compares different water level raising schemes.Based on the selected water level raising scheme,reasonable engineering and non-engineering remedial measures are proposed to eliminate the adverse effects.
