摘 要:基于2001—2020年中国30个省级行政区的面板数据,构建空间计量模型,分析生态资源、产业结构及其交互作用与环境污染的空间关系。结果表明:(1)环境污染存在显著的空间正自相关性,生态资源、产业结构对其有空间影响。(2)生态资源的建设对本地区工业固体废弃物、工业二氧化硫、工业废水3类污染物有显著负向影响,但对周边地区的环境污染无显著空间效应。(3)产业结构的升级对本地区和周边地区工业二氧化硫污染、工业废水污染的影响均显著为负,对本地区工业固体废弃物污染具有倒“U”型影响,但不存在空间效应。(4)生态资源建设与产业结构调整的协同作用与本地区及周边地区各类污染均显呈著负相关,且具有交互作用,促进生态资源的空间降污效应发挥。This paper takes panel data from 30 provincial-level administrative regions in China from 2001 to 2020 to construct a spatial econometric model to analyze the spatial relationship between ecological resources,industrial structure,and their interaction with environmental pollution.The results show that:(1)Environmental pollution has a significant spatial positive autocorrelation,and ecological resources and industrial structure have a spatial impact on it.(2)Ecological resource conservation has a significant negative impact on industrial solid waste,industrial sulfur dioxide,industrial wastewater and other pollutants in the region,but has no significant spatial effect on environmental pollution in the surrounding areas.(3)The impact of industrial restructuring on sulfur dioxide pollution and industrial wastewater pollution in this region and surrounding areas is significantly negative,and the industrial solid waste pollution in this region has an“ inverted U-shaped”influence,but there is no spatial effect.(4)The synergistic effect of ecological resource construction and industrial structure adjustment is significantly negatively correlated with all kinds of pollution in the local and surrounding areas,and can promote the spatial pollution reduction effect of ecological resource conservation through interaction.
