摘 要:【目的】研究退化温性荒漠草地群落特征及植物物种多样性对补播的响应规律,为退化草地修复治理提供科学依据。【方法】本文以退化博洛塔绢蒿荒漠草地为研究对象,选取乡土适生植物(博洛塔绢蒿、木地肤和大籽蒿)进行补播,并对草地植被数量特征进行实地监测。【结果】与对照区相比,补播显著提高了博洛塔绢蒿重要值,并使地上生物量显著增加了65.96%(P<0.05);补播有利于植物多样性的维持,并使Patrick丰富度指数显著增加了52.83%(P<0.05)。【结论】补播措施有助于退化荒漠草地植被群落的恢复,可维持植物多样性。【Objective】To study the response of plant community characteristics and species diversity of degraded temperate desert grasslands to reseeding,which provides a scientific basis for the restoration and management of degraded grasslands.【Methods】This study takes the degraded Seriphidium borotalense desert as a research object,and selects locally suitable plants(Seriphidium borotalense,Bassia prostrata,and Artemisia sieversiana)for reseeding,and monitors the quantitative characteristics of grassland vegetation in the field.【Results】Compared with the control site(CK),reseeding significantly increased the important value of Seriphidium borotalense,and significantly increased the biomass by 65.96%(P<0.05).Reseeding was beneficial for maintaining plant diversity,and significantly increased the patrick richness index by 52.83%(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Reseeding measures are beneficial for the restoring of degraded desert grassland vegetation communities,and maintaining of plant diversity.
