天精1号叶用枸杞在宁夏不同地区的引种试验

摘　　要：【目的】研究天精1号叶用枸杞在宁夏不同地区的引种表现,以丰富本地区枸杞品种资源,促进宁夏枸杞多元化发展。【方法】测定不同浓度生根粉处理对天精1号叶用枸杞在起垄种植模式和平床种植模式下成活率的影响;观察天精1号叶用枸杞在宁夏贺兰县试验点和惠农区试验点的引种表现。【结果】生根粉处理对天精1号叶用枸杞生根有促进作用,300 mg/kg的生根粉处理结合起垄种植效果最优;两试验点除萌动期时间较接近外,萌芽期、展叶期、采摘期均为贺兰县试验点早于惠农区试验点,休眠期为贺兰县试验点晚于惠农区试验点。【结论】天精1号叶用枸杞在宁夏贺兰县和惠农区均能正常生长发育,可根据生产实际引种推广。【Objective】The aim was to study the introduction performance of leaf wolfberry Tianjing 1'in different regions of Ningxia in order to enrich the resources of wolfberry caltivars in the region and promote the diversifield of Ningxia wotfberry.【Methods】The effects of different concentrations of rooting powder on the survival rate of Tianjing No.1 leaf-used wolfberry under ridging planting mode and flat bed planting mode were determined.To observe the introduction performance of Tianjing No.1 leaf wolfberry in Helan County and Huinong District of Ningxia.【Results】Rooting powder treatment had a promoting effect on the rooting of Lycium barbarum L.for Tianjing No.1 leaf,and the effect of 300 mg/kg rooting powder treatment combined with ridge planting was the best.In addition to the germination period,the germination period,leaf expansion period and picking period of Helan County were earlier than those of Huinong District,and the dormancy period of Helan County was later than that of Huinong District.【Conclusion】Tianjing No.1 leaf-used wolfberry can grow and develop normally in Helan County and Huinong District of Ningxia,and can be introduced and popularized according to the actual production.
