20份草莓品种资源表型性状多样性分析

摘　　要：【目的】对烟台地区草莓种质资源的表型性状进行综合评价,为烟台草莓的资源评价和品种选育提供理论依据。【方法】以烟台市阳光秀农业科技有限公司草莓种质资源圃20份烟台草莓品种(资源)为试验材料,对其叶、花、果实等的表型性状多样性进行研究。【结果】20份草莓种质资源的35个描述型性状中,叶柄颜色、花色、花序着生状态、花性、宿萼颜色5个性状无变异;叶面状态、风味、果形、叶片质地、花瓣形状、髓心颜色、种子着生状态、果肉质地、植株姿态9个性状的遗传多样性指数均大于1。【结论】20份草莓种质资源的9个性状改良潜力大,可作为选育优良品种的基础。【Objective】The aim was to comprehensively evaluate the phenotypic traits of the strawberry germplasm resources in Yantai area,and provide important theoretical basis for the resource evaluation and variety selection of Yantai strawberries.【Methods】The diversities of phenotypic traits such as leaves,flowers,and fruits of 20 strawberry cultivars(resources)from Strawberry Germplasm Resources Nursery inYantai Sunshine Show Agricultural Technology Co.,Ltd.were studied.【Results】Among the 35 descriptive traits of 20 strawberry cultivars,there was no variation in 5 traits:petiole color,flower color,inflorescence growth status,floral characteristics,and calyx color.The genetic diversity index of 9 traits,including leaf condition,flavor,fruit shape,leaf texture,petal shape,pith color,seed growth status,flesh texture,and plant posture,is greater than 1.【Conclusion】The 9 traits of the materials tested in this experiment have great potential for improvement and can serve as the basis for breeding excellent cultivars.
