摘 要:在同心式磁齿轮的设计中,采用互连型调制环能够有效降低制造难度并提高结构的机械强度,调制环的设计需要综合考虑电磁性能、机械强度和制造成本等多种因素。以同心式磁齿轮中的互连型调制环为研究对象,通过改变连接桥厚度、调制块占比、紧固杆的数量和直径等设计变量,重点分析了磁齿轮的最大转矩和调制环结构的应力受这些设计变量影响而变化的规律,并提出了一种互连型调制环的设计方法。In the design of coaxial magnetic gears,the bridged modulating ring is proved to be an effective strategy for reducing the manufacturing difficulty and enhancing the mechanical strength of the structure.The design of modulating rings necessitates a comprehensive consideration of the factors including electromagnetic performances,mechanical strength,and manufacturing cost.This study investigates the design of bridged modulating rings employed in coaxial magnetic gears.By changing the design variables such as the thickness of the bridge,the proportion of modulation blocks,the number and diameter of clamping rods,a focused analysis is carried out to illustrate the variation pattern of the maximum torque of magnetic gears and the stress distribution in the bridged modulating rings with the change of these design variables,and a design method for bridged modulating ring is also proposed based on above analysis.
