摘 要:在地铁车辆运行过程中,车轮扁疤损伤时有发生。为了探究地铁车辆在车轮扁疤激励下的动力学性能,基于Simpack动力学软件建立地铁车辆动力学模型,结合动力学指标,研究分析车轮扁疤尺寸、车辆运行速度对地铁车辆动力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着扁疤长度的扩展,车体垂向加速度的幅值和垂向平稳性指标逐渐增大,车轮扁疤尺寸变化比车速变化对轮轨垂向力的影响更为显著。Wheel flat scarring occurs during the operation of metro vehicles.In order to explore the dynamic performance of metro vehicles with flat scars on wheels,a metro vehicle dynamics model was established with Simpack dynamics software.This model allows us to study and analyze the influence of wheel flat scar size and vehicle running speed on the dynamic performance of metro vehicles by combining dynamic indexes.The results show that the amplitude of the vertical acceleration and the index of the vertical stability of the car body increase gradually with the extension of the length of the flat scar,and the influence of the size change of the flat scar on the vertical force of the wheel and rail is more significant than the change of the vehicle speed.
