摘 要:数字孪生是一种将物理实体与数字模型交互映射的技术方法。针对传统的可视化管控系统中展示不直观、透明度低、联动性不足等问题,将数字孪生技术引入动车组牵引电机检修的整体管控中。应用数字孪生的理论技术,详细阐述了可视化管控系统的总体框架及功能设计。搭建动车组牵引电机检修车间的虚拟三维模型场景,集成检修车间关键设备实体运行数据以及生产检修实时数据,实现虚拟车间与物理车间的关联映射和同步联动,构建了基于数字孪生的动车组牵引电机检修可视化管控系统,通过实例应用实现检修车间设备数据、生产数据的信息化、实时化和透明化,直观展示了动车组牵引电机检修车间的设备及数据的动态变化,提升了牵引电机检修可视化管控的管理水平和效率。Digital Twin is a technical method of interactive mapping of the physical entity and the digital model.To solve the problems of the conventional visualized management and control system,such as unintuitive display,low transparency and insufficient co-movement,the Digital Twin technology is introduced into the overall management and control of the maintenance of EMU traction motors.The theory and technology of Digital Twin are applied to expound in detail on the overall frame and the functional design of the visualized management and control system.A virtual 3D model scene of the EMU traction motor maintenance workshop is established and the physical operation data of the key equipment of the maintenance workshop and the real-time data of production and maintenance are integrated to realize the dependence mapping and the synchronized driving between the virtual workshop and the physical workshop.A visualized management and control system for maintenance of EMU traction motors based on Digital Twin is built up.The application in living examples allows to realize the informatization,the real-time performance and the transparency of the equipment data and the production data of the maintenance workshop so as to intuitively show the dynamic change of the equipment and data of the EMU traction motor maintenance workshop and improve the level and efficiency of the visualized management and control of maintenance of traction motors.
