摘　　要：传统的维修模式主要依赖计划修、故障修等方式,无法及时发现设备劣化趋势、故障定位手段少、预防修措施少,一定程度上制约了高质量维修的开展。当前在数字技术、智能分析技术发展的背景下,如何有效地降低不必要的维修成本、降低人员劳动强度、及时有效发现风险隐患,在故障发生前进行预测性维护、在故障下快速定位故障原因、提高设备的可靠性和可利用率,成为信号专业运维人员的新的工作任务。文章对信号专业运维的痛点进行分析,明确了“精准监测、精准定位、精准预测、精准管理”的信号智慧运维平台建设目标,并对天津地铁6号线信号智慧运维平台的建设情况、取得的效果以及检修规程的优化调整等方面的内容进行介绍。文章总结了天津地铁信号专业智慧建设的全过程以及取得的成效,为业内提供了相关建设经验。The conventional maintenance pattern mainly depends on modes such as planned maintenance and corrective maintenance,which cannot discover the degradation trends of the equipment in time and has less means of fault positioning and preventive maintenance measures,restricting the performance of high-quality maintenance to some extent.Currently,in the context of the development of digital technology and intelligent analysis technology,to effectively reduce the unnecessary maintenance costs and the labor intensity of personnel,to timely and effectively discover risks and hidden dangers,to make preventive maintenance before the occurrence of faults,to quickly position the faults and causes in case of failure,and to improve the reliability and availability of the equipment have become new tasks of the signal operation and maintenance personnel.The author analyzes the pain spots of signal operation and maintenance and clarifies the target of building an intelligent signal operation and maintenance platform with“accurate monitoring,accurate positioning,accurate prediction and accurate management”.The article also introduces the construction and results of the intelligent signal operation and maintenance platform of Metro Line 6 and the optimization and adjustment of the maintenance procedures.The article summarizes the whole process and the result of the intelligent signal construction of Tianjin Metro,providing the industry with relevant construction experience.
