摘　　要：企业知识产权管理规范贯标绩效评价工作目的在于评价企业经过贯标是否达到GB/T 29490—2013《企业知识产权管理规范》的要求,旨在通过贯标绩效评价工作推动和指导企业开展贯标、检验贯标实际成效。本文总结分析了GB/T 29490—2013贯标过程中企业遇见的问题,分别对企业、知识产权行政管理部门、贯标辅导机构提出适用性强和可操作性高的工作建议,促进企业切实提高贯标工作成效。The performance evaluation of enterprise intellectual property management standards is aimed at evaluating whether the enterprise meets the requirements of GB/T 29490-2013 Enterprise intellectual property management after standard implementation.The aim is to promote and guide enterprises to carry out standard implementation and test the actual effectiveness of standard implementation through standard implementation performance evaluation.This article summarizes and analyzes the problems encountered by enterprises in the process of implementing the GB/T 29490-2013.It proposes work suggestions with strong applicability and operability to enterprises,intellectual property administrative departments,and standardization guidance institutions,promoting the effective improvement of standardization work in enterprises.
