摘  要:由聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇配制而成的阻燃剂常被应用于钢结构防火涂料的制备和生产中。基于聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇制备的防火涂料按一定比例涂覆于基材表面,在高温作用下易发生膨胀和碳化现象,形成的碳化层可在一定时间内起到隔热阻火的作用,进而提高基材抵御火源攻击的能力。将该防火机理应用到聚苯板(XPS)的生产中,以此来改变材料原有的燃烧特性,并通过实验验证其对材料燃烧性能带来的改变。The flame retardants formed by the preparation of ammonium polyphosphate,melamine and pentaerythritol are often used in the preparation and production of fire retardant coatings for steel structures.The fireproof coating based on ammonium polyphosphate,melamine and pentaerythritol is coated on the surface of the substrate in a certain proportion,which is easy to expand and carbonize under the action of high temperature,and the carbonized layer formed can play the role of heat insulation and fire resistance in a certain time,then improving the ability of the substrate to resist fire source attack.In this study,we hope to replicate the fire extinguishing mechanism to the production of polystyrene board(XPS),so as to change the original combustion characteristics of the material.The change of the combustion properties is verified by experiments.
