摘  要:石油和化学工业在生产生活中占据重要地位,其中脱硫工艺管理硫含量是石化行业的重要环节。油品中硫含量不仅影响质量,还可能污染环境并腐蚀设备。目前,测定石油产品中硫含量的方法有管式炉法、燃灯法、氧弹法等,但这些方法涉及的仪器复杂,操作步骤烦琐,无法满足现代工业生产快速检验的需求。能量色散X射线荧光光谱法和单波长能量色散硫含量测定法虽然速度快、灵敏度高、重复性好,但无法测定MTBE产品和调配含有MTBE的汽油产品。因此,微库仑法被证明为快速、灵敏、准确的测定方法,并经过试验验证。研究采用微库仑法分析各种影响因素,确定最佳运行条件,具有广泛的应用潜力和高效、敏感、准确的测定特点。The petroleum and chemical industries hold significant importance in production and daily life,with managing sulfur content in desulfurization processes being a crucial aspect of the petrochemical sector.The sulfur content in oil products not only affects their quality but also has the potential to pollute the environment and corrode equipment.Currently,methods for determining sulfur content in petroleum products include tube furnace method,lamp combustion method,oxygen bomb method,etc.,but these instruments are complex,and procedures are cumbersome,failing to meet the demand for rapid inspection in modern industrial production.Although energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy and single-wavelength energy dispersive sulfur content determination method offer fast speed,high sensitivity,and good repeatability,they cannot measure MTBE products and gasoline products containing MTBE.Therefore,the micro coulomb method has been proven to be a rapid,sensitive,and accurate measurement method,validated through experiments.Research employing the micro coulomb method analyzes various influencing factors,determines the optimal operating conditions,and exhibits wide application potential with efficient,sensitive,and accurate measurement characteristics.
