电秒表检定仪检定用辅助电路装置设计

摘　　要：电秒表检定仪的检定规程JJG 601—2022《时间检定仪》给出了检定电秒表检定仪的方法、步骤和所需的辅助电路接线图,但在实际操作过程中辅助检定电路的搭建较为复杂且容易出错。对于刚接触此类仪器检定的人员来说,辅助电路接线图较难识别,进而影响检定效率。为此,本文设计了一款电秒表检定仪检定用辅助电路装置,将电秒表检定仪检定接线图的辅助电路部分集成到一个装置中,提供功能开关切换和接线端子匹配,从而达到简化检定电路搭建、提升检定效率的目的。The verification regulations for electronic stopwatch calibrators,JG 601-2022 Time Calibrators,provide methods,steps,and the necessary auxiliary circuit diagrams for calibrating electronic stopwatch calibrators.However,in actual operation,the construction of the auxiliary verification circuit is quite complex and prone to errors.For individuals who are new to the calibration of such instruments,the auxiliary circuit wiring diagrams are difficult to identify,which can affect the efficiency of calibration.To address the issue,this article designs an auxiliary circuit device for the calibration of electronic stopwatch calibrators,integrating the auxiliary circuit part of the electronic stopwatch calibrator calibration wiring diagram into a single device.It provides functional switch selection and matching connection terminals to simplify the construction of the calibration circuit and improve calibration efficiency.
