摘 要:本文以低温柔性测试仪的工作原理为切入点,以国标中技术特性要求为标准,分析得出机械部分及温控部分的检测方法,为低温柔性测试仪提供科学、合理、合法的计量依据,并依据该方法对不同型号的低温柔性测试仪进行校准,获得试验数据,结合实际使用需求,对低温柔性测试仪的测量结果进行计量确认,从而对本文的校准方法进行实验验证。This article takes the working principle of the low-temperature flexibility tester as a starting point and uses the technical characteristics required by the national standard as a criterion.It analyzes and derives the testing methods for both the mechanical and temperature control parts,providing a scientific,rational,and legitimate basis for the metrology of the low-temperature flexibility tester.Based on this method,calibration is performed on low-temperature flexibility testers of different models to obtain experimental data.By combining actual usage requirements,the measurement results of the low-temperature flexibility tester are confirmed through measurement,thereby experimentally verifying the calibration method presented in this article.
