摘  要:蕨麻(Potentilla anserina L.,PA)具有很高的营养价值和医疗保健功能,有很大的开发利用潜力。蕨麻正丁醇提取物(Potentilla anserina L.n-butanol extract,PABE)具有心脏保护作用。本研究旨在探讨蕨麻正丁醇提取物(PABE)与有氧运动(RE)协同作用对自发性高血压(SHR)大鼠心肌纤维化的影响及其潜在机制。通过设立正常对照组、单独高血压组、单独运动组、不同剂量PABE组以及PABE联合运动组,本研究通过RT-qPCR技术检测了心肌纤维化标志物α-SMA、collagenⅠ、collagenⅢ、MMP-2、MMP-9及TIMP-1的mRNA表达水平,评估了PABE与RE对心肌纤维化的调控效果。结果显示,与高血压模型组相比,PABE处理组和运动组均能显著降低α-SMA、collagenⅠ、collagenⅢ、MMP-2和MMP-9的表达,提高TIMP-1的表达,其中PABE与RE的联合应用效果更为显著。这表明蕨麻正丁醇提取物与有氧运动的结合更有效地抑制了高血压大鼠心肌纤维化的进展,可能通过调节心肌细胞外基质重塑相关基因的表达来发挥作用。本研究为高血压心肌纤维化的综合治疗提供了新的策略和理论依据。Potentilla anserina L.(PA)holds significant nutritional and healthcare value,offering substantial potential for development and utilization.The n-butanol extract of Potentilla anserina L.(PABE)has been shown to protect the heart.This study aims to explore the effects and potential mechanisms of the combined action of PABE and aerobic exercise(RE)on myocardial fibrosis in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR).By establishing control groups,hypertension-only groups,exercise-only groups,various dosage PABE groups,and combined PABE and exercise groups,this study assessed the regulatory effects of PABE and RE on myocardial fibrosis by measuring the mRNA expression levels of myocardial fibrosis markersα-SMA,collagenⅠ,collagenⅢ,MMP-2,MMP-9,and TIMP-1 through RT-qPCR technology.The results showed that compared to the hypertension model group,both the PABE treatment groups and exercise groups significantly reduced the expression ofα-SMA,collagenⅠ,collagenⅢ,MMP-2,and MMP-9,and increased the expression of TIMP-1,with the combined application of PABE and RE showing even more significant effects.This indicates that the combination of Potentilla anserina L.n-butanol extract and aerobic exercise more effectively inhibited the progression of myocardial fibrosis in hypertensive rats,possibly by regulating the expression of genes related to myocardial extracellular matrix remodeling.This study provides new strategies and theoretical basis for the comprehensive treatment of hypertension-induced myocardial fibrosis.
