摘　　要：以“一带一路”倡议促进中国沿线城市高质量发展是现阶段学术界关注的焦点问题。本文基于2000—2021年中国281个城市数据,通过构建双重差分模型评估了“一带一路”倡议对中国城市高质量发展的影响效应,识别了公众关注度作为中介的影响机制,并进一步判定了沿线节点城市和周边区域间的空间效应。研究结果表明,“一带一路”倡议显著促进了沿线城市高质量发展水平的提高,但该效应存在区域异质性。从影响机制来看,公众关注度会影响生产要素配置,提升沿线城市高质量发展水平。从空间效应来看,沿线城市虹吸周边地区的资源对周边城市的发展具有一定的负面影响。本文研究厘清了“一带一路”倡议对中国沿线城市高质量发展的影响机制和效果,对高质量建设“一带一路”和实现区域高质量发展具有重要参考价值。Promoting the high-quality development of Chinese cities along the Belt and Road Initiative is the focus of academic attention at this stage.Based on the data of 281 cities in China from 2000 to 2021,this paper evaluates the impact of the Belt and Road Initiative on the high-quality development of Chinese cities by constructing a double-difference model,identifies the influence mechanism mediated by public concern,and further determines the spatial effect between the node cities along the route and the neighboring regions.The results show that the Belt and Road Initiative has significantly contributed to the level of high-quality development of cities along the route,but there is regional heterogeneity in this effect.In terms of the influence mechanism,public attention affects the allocation of production factors and enhances the level of high-quality development of cities along the route.From the perspective of spatial effect,the Belt and Road Initiative will prompt the cities along the route to siphon off resources from the neighboring regions,which will have a certain negative impact on the high-quality development level of the neighboring cities.This paper clarifies the mechanism and effect of the Belt and Road Initiative on the high-quality development of Chinese cities along the route,which is an important reference value for the high-quality construction of the Belt and Road and the realization of regional high-quality development.
