创新城区舒适物的空间布局与形成机制研究——以杭州市为例

摘　　要：舒适物是创新城区集聚创新人才的重要因素,也是其创新环境的组成部分。舒适物布局不仅影响自身效用的发挥,还影响创新城区的创新效率。从人本主义视角,将舒适物划分为生活、休闲、工作三类,利用POI(兴趣点)数据,采用地理信息空间分析方法对杭州市未来科技城(新城建设)、钱塘科学城(开发区转型)、大运河文化创意区(旧城更新)三种不同类型创新城区舒适物布局及形成机制进行分析,主要结论为:创新城区舒适物具有集聚特征。未来科技城和钱塘科学城舒适物沿主要交通线呈轴带状集聚,大运河文化创意区呈组团状集聚。创新城区舒适物布局具有亲交通性、亲中心性、亲景观性、亲高校性、亲配套性等特征。创新城区舒适物布局是在以创新人群和创新创意企业为主的需求方,以本地政府、商业企业为主的供给方,以自然环境、历史文化、城区功能为主的城市基础条件相互作用下形成的空间均衡。最后,提出场景化与生活圈营造、绅士化与大众化结合、多样化与互补性融合、开放性与协同化管理等优化创新城区舒适物布局与发展的策略。Amenities are an important element of gathering creative talents and an important part of innovation milieu in innovation districts.Amenities space layout not only affects the utility of amenities,but also affects the innovation efficiency of innovation districts.In the perspective of humanism,this paper classified amenities into living,leisure and work.Using POI(Point of Interest)data and geographic information spatial analysis methods this paper analyzed the spatial layout and formation mechanism of amenities in three innovation districts in Hangzhou:the Hangzhou Future Sci-Tech City(new city construction),the Qiantang Science City(development zone transformation),and the Grand Canal Cultural Creative Area(old city renewal).The main conclusions are as follows.Innovation district amenities is an agglomeration layout.The amenities of the Hangzhou Future Sci-Tech City and the Qiantang Science City gather along the main traffic lines,while the Grand Canal Cultural Creative Area has a cluster layout.The space layout of innovative district amenities has the characteristics of"Affinity to traffic,centrality,landscape,university,complementation".The layout of amenities in innovative districts is a spatial balance formed by the interaction of time and space between the demand side dominated by innovative people and innovative creative enterprises,the supply side dominated by local government and commercial enterprises,and the urban development conditions dominated by natural environment,history and culture,and urban districts functions.Finally,in order to optimize the layout and development of urban amenities in innovative districts,we put forward some strategies such as the construction of"scenes and living circle",the combination of"gentrification and popularization",the integration of"diversification and complementarity",and the management of"openness and synergy".
