摘 要:对比研究防老剂TMPPD,S-TMQ和AW在轮胎胎侧胶中的应用。结果表明:添加防老剂S-TMQ的混炼胶的加工性能和硫化特性较好;添加防老剂TMPPD的硫化胶的静态耐臭氧老化性能、耐热氧老化性能和耐天候老化性能较好,添加防老剂S-TMQ的硫化胶次之,添加防老剂AW的硫化胶较差;防老剂S-TMQ与AW为相似结构,但相对分子质量不同、防护性能相差较大。The applications of antioxidant TMPPD,S-TMQ and AW in tire sidewall compounds were comparatively studied.The results showed that the processing performance and vulcanization characteristics of the compound with antioxidant S-TMQ were best.The static ozone aging resistance,heat oxygen aging resistance,and weather aging resistance of vulcanization with antioxidant TMPPD were best,the vulcanization with antioxidant S-TMQ was second best,and the vulcanization with antioxidant AW was worse.Antioxidant S-TMQ and AW had similar structures,but their relative molecular weights were different,and protective properties of them showed great differences.
