摘  要:针对咖啡初加工废水有机物浓度高、难降解、可生化性差等问题,构建了钛基镀钌铱电极为阳极板、泡沫镍为阴极板、铁碳粒子为粒子电极的三维电芬顿体系,对咖啡初加工废水进行预处理.通过单因素实验发现,当板间距为4 cm、初始pH为4.0、电流密度为32 mA/cm^(2)、粒子电极投加量为20 g/L、曝气强度为4 L/min、反应时间为90 min的条件下,咖啡初加工废水COD去除率可达69.29%,UV 254去除率可达72.92%,色度去除率可达96.69%,B/C从0.28提升至0.43.通过对比铁碳微电解、传统电芬顿和三维电芬顿对咖啡初加工废水COD去除效果发现,三维电芬顿体系物质传递速率以及传质效果都有大幅提升.通过自由基淬灭实验、三维荧光光谱、傅里叶红外光谱和GC-MS分析,发现羟基自由基在咖啡初加工废水的降解过程中起主导作用,原水中90种有机污染物降至39种,难降解腐殖酸类大分子有机物已经得到了较为彻底地去除,大部分被降解为小分子有机物,可生化性得到大幅提高.The study established a three-dimensional electro-Fenton system for coffee processing wastewater,aimed at the issues of high concentration of organic matter,difficult degradation and poor biochemistry.The system utilized titanium-based ruthenium-iridium electrode as the anode plate,nickel foam as the cathode plate,and iron-carbon particles as the particle electrodes.Through single-factor experiments,it was found that under the conditions of plate spacing of 4 cm,initial pH of 4.0,current density of 32 mA/cm^(2),particle electrode dosage of 20 g/L,aeration intensity of 4 L/min,and reaction time of 90 min,the COD removal rate of coffee processing wastewater can reach to 69.29%,UV 254 removal rate can reach to72.92%,color removal rate can reach to 96.69%,and B/C ratio was improved from 0.28 to 0.43.Comparing the effects of iron-carbon microelectrolysis,traditional electro-Fenton and three-dimensional electro-Fenton on removing COD from coffee processing wastewater,it was observed that the three-dimensional electro-Fenton system significantly improved material transfer rate and mass transfer effect.The varieties of organic pollutants were reduced from 90 to 39,and refractory humic acid macromolecular organic compounds were almost completely removed,mainly degraded into small molecular organic compounds,greatly improving biodegradability.
