摘 要:高温下固井水泥石的力学性能衰退是深井固井水泥环完整性失效的主要因素之一。为抑制高温下固井水泥浆性能劣化,提高水泥石的力学性能,本文以纳米黏土为改性材料,探究了高温下纳米黏土对固井水泥浆性能的影响及作用机制。研究结果表明,纳米黏土的加入改善了固井水泥浆的流变性能和力学性能,延缓了水泥浆的稠化时间,提高了水泥石的力学性能,使得水泥石的微结构更为致密。本文的研究结论有助于构建深井/超深井用新型固井水泥浆,保障深井/超深井油气资源的安全开采。The decline in mechanical properties of cementing cement at high temperatures is one of the main factors causing the integrity failure of the cementing cement sheath.In order to suppress the degradation of cementing slurry performance under high temperature and improve the mechanical properties of cement paste,this article uses nano clay as a modified material to explore the influence and mechanism of nano clay on the performance of cementing slurry under high temperature.The research results indicate that the addition of nano clay improves the rheological and mechanical properties of the cement slurry,delays the thickening time of the cement slurry,improves the mechanical properties of the cement paste,and makes the microstructure of the cement paste more dense.The research conclusions of this article contribute to the construction of a new type of cement slurry for deep and ultra-deep wells,ensuring the safe extraction of oil and gas resources in deep and ultra-deep wells.
