摘 要:油井套损已成为油田稳产的一项重要影响因素,套损会造成不可估量的损失。针对该问题,研究分析了套损现状、套损原因,确定了套损井防治应始终围绕“以防为主、防治结合”的原则,通过缓蚀剂投加、井下工艺配套、加深眼管、固体颗粒缓蚀剂应用四个方面对油井前端形成全方位预防,降低套损井增量。根据“产量分级、效益排队、井筒完整性”三大要素,依据井筒腐蚀状况及治理工艺适应性,形成了3类6项套损井治理技术体系,可减少套损井存量,提高产能恢复率。Damage to oil well casing has become an important influencing factor for stable oilfield production,and will cause inestimable losses.In view of this problem,the current situation and causes of casing damage were studied and analyzed,and it was determined that the prevention and control of casing damaged wells should always focus on the principle of"prevention first,combined with prevention and control",through the addition of corrosion inhibitors,matching downhole technology,and deepening the boreholes,solid particle corrosion inhibitors are applied in four aspects to form an all-round prevention on the front end of the oil well and reduce the increase in casing damage to the well.Based on the three major elements of"production classification,benefit queuing,and wellbore integrity",as well as the wellbore corrosion status and the adaptability of the treatment process,a casing damaged well treatment technology system with 3 categories and 6 items has been formed,which can reduce the inventory of casing damaged wells and improve production capacity recovery rate.
