摘 要:下古气井由于含H2S、液体矿化度高、CO_(2)含量也高于上古气井,腐蚀结垢情况较上古更为严重。通过研究,形成了一套下古缓蚀阻垢剂配方,有效提升气井缓蚀阻垢效果。针对腐蚀结垢原因,开展药剂评价和药剂筛选优化实验27组,形成弱酸性环境下缓蚀阻垢剂配方1套,自研配方在模拟地层水中,缓蚀率可达到95.0%,阻垢率达到89.0%。现场试验1口井,结垢离子浓度单井平均增加44.2%,铁离子浓度单井平均降低69.3%,缓蚀阻垢效果明显。Due to the higher hydrogen sulfide,liquid salinity and carbon dioxide content in lower paleozoic gas wells,the corrosion and scaling are more serious than those in upper paleozoic.Through research,a set of lower paleozoic corrosion and scale inhibitor formula has been formed,which effectively improves the corrosion and scale inhibition effect of gas wells.According to the reasons of corrosion and scaling,27 groups of pharmaceutical evaluation and pharmaceutical screening optimization experiments were carried out,and a set of corrosion and scale inhibitor formula in weak acidic environment was formed.The self-developed formula in simulated formation water,the corrosion inhibition rate can reach 95.0%,and the scale inhibition rate can reach 89.0%.In the field test of 1 well,the average concentration of scaling ion increased by 44.2%,and the average concentration of iron ion decreased by 69.3%,and the corrosion and scale inhibition effect was obvious.
