摘  要:本文主要介绍了随着汽油质量指标的不断升级,现有装置在不进行大型技改的前提下无法满足汽油质量指标现状,通过工艺调整和催化剂配方的调整,对催化稳定汽油烯烃和辛烷值进行指标控制,以满足公司汽油调合需要,同时考虑降低催化剂单耗及装置运行成本。This paper mainly introduces that with the continuous upgrading of gasoline quality index,the existing device cannot meet the current situation of gasoline quality index without large-scale technical reform.Through process adjustment and catalyst formulation adjustment,the index control of catalytic stabilized gasoline olefin and octane number is carried out to meet the company's gasoline blending needs,and at the same time,the unit consumption of catalyst and the operating cost of the device is considered to reduce.
