摘　　要：通过对D46双辊式楔横轧工艺原理和设备结构的探讨,结合实际使用过程中出现的典型故障,如上下轧辊平行度超差、轧制过程中的闷车、中心距调节机构故障、相位调节机构故障等进行了深度分析,并提出了相应的预防措施。最后,总结出该型号楔横轧管理和维护中的6个提升重点,以确保设备能长期低成本高效率运行,用设备性能提升保障产品质量,为企业的高质量和可持续发展夯实基础。By discussing the process principle and equipment structure of D46 double-roll wedge cross mill,the typical faults occurring in the process of actual use,such as the upper and lower rolls parallelism ex-ceeding the difference,bogging down in the rolling process,the centre distance adjustment mechanism failure,phase adjustment mechanism failure and so on,have been analyzed in depth,and put forward the corre-sponding preventive measures.Finally,it concludes that this type of wedge cross mill management and main-tenance of the six enhancement priorities to ensure that the equipment can be long-term low-cost and high-efficiency operation,with equipment performance improvement to ensure product quality,for the enter-prise's high-quality and sustainable development of the solid foundation.
