摘 要:介绍反向铝挤压机挤压模具结构、主要技术参数、使用要求,设计出模具润滑系统并详细论述了其组成部分的工作原理,通过高压空气使润滑介质雾化,间断地喷油雾为润滑面提供了持久的油膜,以提高模具的使用寿命、减少设备停机时间,提高生产效率。通过PLC电控箱或专用控制器,可以控制喷油间隔时间、润滑时长和润滑次数;润滑介质采用植物萃取物环保产品不仅满足隔离压余与模具的特点,同时化学性质稳定,对制品质量无影响;具有故障监控和喷嘴“后吹”功能,保证模具润滑系统连续、可靠、安全、稳定地工作。实践证明设计合理、性能可靠,值得在相关行业上使用。Introduce the reverse aluminium extruder extrusion die structure,the main technical parameters,the use of requirements,the design of the die lubrication system and a detailed discussion of its components of the working principle,through the high-pressure air to make lubrication media atomization,intermittent spray oil mist for the lubrication surface to provide a durable film of oil,in order to improve the service life of the die,reduce the downtime of the equipment to improve production efficiency.Through the PLC electronic con-trol box or special controller,you can control the spray interval,lubrication time and lubrication times;lubri-cation medium using plant extracts of environmentally friendly products not only to meet the isolation of the characteristics of the pressure balance and the mould,and at the same time the chemical properties of the stable,no impact on the quality of the product;with fault monitoring and nozzle"after blowing"function,to ensure that the mould lubrication system is continuous,reliable,safe and stable work.Practice has proved that the design is reasonable and the performance is reliable,and it is worth to be used in related indus-tries.
