摘 要:为了提高内燃机用TC21钛合金的结构性能,经多向等温锻造使原先铸态TC21钛合金内大尺寸片层组织变成了大量细小等轴组织,分析了马氏体TC21钛合金经过多向等温锻造后力学性能。研究结果表明:等温锻造坯料基体内存在许多尺寸接近的等轴晶,形成了由等轴晶构成的均匀坯料组织。对铸态TC21钛合金完成等温锻造可以显著提高其力学强度,屈服强度由731MPa增大到910MPa,拉伸强度由740MPa增大到950MPa,断裂伸长率由5%增大到16.8%。通过适当处理工艺形成马氏体组织来实现TC21钛合金的细晶强化效果。In order to improve the structural properties of TC21 titanium alloy for internal combustion engine,the as-cast TC21 titanium alloy was treated byβphase zone heat treatment process.After multi-direction isothermal forging,the large size lamellar structure of as-cast TC21 titanium alloy was changed into a large number of fine equiaxed structures.The grain refinement effect and microstructure changes of martensitic TC21 titanium alloy formed by multi-direction isothermal forging were analyzed.The results show that there are many equiaxed crystals with similar size in the matrix of isothermal forging billet,forming equiaxed crys-tal structure and realizing fine grain strengthening.Martensite microstructure can significantly improve the re-fining effect of TC21 titanium alloy,obtain faster conversion efficiency,and achieve ideal uniformity of mi-crostructure.The mechanical strength of as-cast TC21 titanium alloy increased significantly after isothermal forging,and the yield strength increased from 731MPa to 910MPa,the tensile strength increased from 740MPa to 950MPa,and the elongation at break increased from 5%to 16.8%.The fine hardening effect of TC21 titanium alloy was achieved by forming martensite structure with appropriate processing technology.
