摘 要:煤矿瓦斯抽采管道环境极为复杂,瓦斯抽采管道流量参数的精准计量是一个行业难题,制约着煤矿瓦斯抽采监控系统的可靠应用以及抽采监控智能化的发展。通过对瓦斯抽采管道流量计的选型对比及监测应用分析,采用了一种先进的基于插入式循环自激流量检测技术的流量计。应用验证表明,在瓦斯抽采管道尘大、水大等环境条件下,瓦斯抽采管道流量指标完全达到了煤矿的使用要求,为煤矿瓦斯抽采智能化评判、瓦斯防治提供了坚实的数据依据。The environment of coal mine gas extraction pipeline is very complicated.The accurate measurement of gas extraction pipeline flow parameters is a difficult problem in the industry,which restricts the reliable application of coal mine gas extraction monitoring system and the development of intelligent drainage monitoring.In this paper,through the comparison of the selection of gas extraction pipeline flowmeter and monitoring application analysis,an advanced flowmeter based on the circulated self-excited flow detection technology was adopted.Through application verification,it is shown that under the environmental conditions of heavy dust and water in gas extraction pipeline,the gas extraction pipeline flow index fully meets the requirements of coal mines.It provides a solid data basis for intelligent evaluation of coal mine gas extraction and gas prevention.
