摘 要:主要探讨了自动化控制系统在煤矿综采工作面的应用。介绍了自动化控制系统的主要组成,并分析了该系统在白庄煤矿80106综采工作面的具体应用。引入智能化的监控设备和传感器网络,实时收集矿井内的各类数据,利用数据分析理论和方法进行深度分析,以预测和防治可能发生的危险。同时,采用自动化控制技术,实现对矿井设备的远程控制,优化操作,提高生产效率。实施结果证明,该系统的应用显著提高了矿井生产的安全性,降低了事故发生率,提高了生产效率。The application of automatic control system in coal mine fully-mechanized mining face was mainly discussed.The main components of automatic control system were introduced,and the application of the system in 80106 fully-mechanized mining face of Baizhuang Coal Mine was analyzed.Through the introduction of intelligent monitoring equipment and sensor network,real-time collection of all kinds of data in the mine can be realized,and the data analysis theory and methods were used for in-depth analysis,in order to predict and prevent possible dangerous.At the same time,the automatic control technology was applied to realize the remote control and optimization of the mine equipment,and improve the production efficiency.The implementation results showed that the application of the scheme significantly improved the safety of the mine production,reduced the accident rate,and improved the production efficiency.
