摘 要:为解决金属矿山巷道掘进爆破中存在的爆破炮孔利用率低、爆破成本高等问题,以及现场爆破调研得出的岩巷掘进水平低、投入高等问题,提出适用于硬岩巷道深孔爆破的分阶分段爆破技术,通过孔内分段爆破,缩短深部岩体的最小抵抗线,使炸药爆炸能量重新分布,降低炸药单耗;设置孔间延时,有助于增加爆破时的瞬态自由面,增大爆破破岩体积,提升炮孔利用率。现场实验结果表明,通过应用分阶分段爆破技术,爆破炮孔利用率可提高到91%以上,炸药单耗降低12.02%,爆破循环进尺提高47.52%。研究成果可以为类似硬岩巷道高效低耗爆破施工提供指导。In order to solve the problems of low utilization rate of blasting hole and high cost of blasting in metal mine roadway blasting,and the problems of low tunneling level and high investment found in the field blasting investigation,a step cut blasting technique was proposed for deep hole blasting in hard rock roadway.The minimum resistance line of deep rock mass can be reduced,the explosive energy can be redistributed,and the explosive consumption can be reduced.By setting the delay time between holes,it is helpful to increase the transient free surface during blasting,increase the volume of rock broken by blasting,and increase the utilization rate of blasting holes.The field experiment results show that the blasting hole utilization rate can be increased to more than 91%,the explosive consumption can be reduced by 12.02%,and the blasting single-cycle footage can be increased by 47.52%.The research results provide guidance for the high-efficiency and low-consumption blasting construction of similar hard rock roadways.
