摘  要:陷落柱是制约煤矿工作面顺利推进的重要地质构造。以左云长春兴煤业22309工作面为分析对象,对综采工作面过陷落柱面临的技术难题进行了针对性分析,并结合工作面实际,提出了采取深孔预裂爆破工艺,同时,为了确保工作面推进的安全性,设计了注浆加固和超前管棚支护相配合的复合型顶板支护措施。从现场应用情况来看,深孔预裂爆破后,采煤机破岩的整体工作难度下降明显,采煤机故障概率从15%下降到了4%,各类型设备维修费用下降了接近5×10^(5)元,工作面推进速度提升至7 m/d左右。从综采工作面支护情况来看,工作面通过陷落柱时,支架初撑力和支架工作阻力均超过了最大载荷的95%。整个工作面过陷落柱的过程中,没有出现顶板破碎垮落的问题,有效确保了工作面回采的安全性。Collapse column is an important geological structure that restricts the smooth advance of coal mine working face.Taking 22309 working face of Zuoyun Changchunxing Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.as the object of analysis,the technical problems faced by the fully-mechanized mining face in passing through collapse column were analyzed,and the technology of deep hole pre-split blasting was pus forward according to the actual conditions of the working face.At the same time,in order to ensure the safety of the advancing of the working face,the composite roof support measures combining grouting reinforcement and advance pipe shed support were designed.From the field application situation,after deep hole pre-split blasting,the overall work difficulty of the shearer rock breaking decreased significantly,the failure probability of the shearer decreased from 15%to 4%,the maintenance cost of various types of equipment decreased by nearly 5×10^(5) yuan,and the advancing speed of the working face increased to about 7 m/d.From the view of the support of fully-mechanized mining face,the initial support force and working resistance of the support exceeded 95%of the maximum load when the face passed through the collapse column.In the whole process of the working face passing through the collapse column,there was no problem of roof breaking and caving,which effectively ensured the safety of the working face.
