摘 要:煤矿井下开采工作的不断推进,会受到井下恶劣环境、开采扰动和地质特点等方面影响,围岩控制工作存在较多挑战,以顶板淋水巷道的掘进为例,需要针对淋水影响,强化支护工作。为此,基于对案例煤矿基本概述及顺槽掘进问题的了解,首先提出了巷道围岩控制的理论策略,然后结合实际掘进情况,从多方面着手制定了临时支护、永久支护、疏排水、施工管理等围岩控制方案。在实际应用围岩控制方案后,支护效果整体良好,可以降低巷道淋水的影响,提高煤矿井下开采作业的安全性。With the continuous advancement of underground mining in coal mines,it will be affected by the harsh underground environment,mining disturbance and geological characteristics,and there are many challenges in surrounding rock control.Taking the excavation of roof flooding roadway as an example,it is necessary to strengthen the support work in view of the impact of water flooding.Therefore,based on the basic overview of the case coal mine and the understanding of the problem of tunnel excavation,the theoretical strategy of roadway surrounding rock control was proposed,and then combined with the actual excavation situation,the surrounding rock control schemes such as temporary support,permanent support,drainage and construction management were formulated from various aspects.After the practical application of the surrounding rock control scheme,the overall support effect was good,which can reduce the influence of roadway water and improve the safety of underground mining.
