摘 要:以山西寿阳潞阳祥升煤业有限公司矿井为研究对象,基于矿井瓦斯涌出量预测方法,对该矿井的瓦斯涌出量进行计算,分析了低瓦斯煤层回采工作面瓦斯涌出的特征,并探讨了上隅角埋管-插管抽采方法的瓦斯抽采效果。在基础顶未发生垮落之前,该矿井的瓦斯涌出量在规定的限值之内,在基础顶发生初次垮落后,矿井瓦斯涌出量呈上升趋势,且大于规范规定的限值。生产班和非生产班的瓦斯体积分数差距较小,瓦斯涌出量差距较大,说明采放落煤和运煤这一过程对矿井瓦斯涌出量的影响较大。检修班与生产班间的排抽瓦斯量与瓦斯体积分数存在一定的差异性,其中生产班的上隅角抽排瓦斯量及其瓦斯体积分数均大于检修班。Taking the mine of Shouyang Luyang Xiangsheng Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.of Shanxi as the research object,the gas emission of the mine was calculated based on the prediction method of the gas emission of the mine,the gas emission characteristics of the low gas coal seam working face were analyzed,and the gas drainage effect of pipe burying-pipe inserting in upper corner drainage method was analyzed.The gas emission of the mine was within the standard limit before the collapse of the foundation roof,the gas emission had a significant upward trend and was greater than the limit specified in the specification when the foundation roof collapsed for the first time.The gas concentration difference between the production team and the non production team was small,and the gas emission difference was large,which indicated that the process of coal mining and drawing and coal transportation had a great impact on the gas emission of the mine.There was a certain difference between the gas drainage amount and gas concentration between the maintenance team and the production team.The gas drainage amount and gas concentration at the upper corner of the production team are greater than those of the maintenance team.
