摘 要:目前井下水仓通常布置多级排水点进行煤矿井下排水,井下水中含有大量的煤渣与岩屑颗粒,经过对其长时间的抽排后,煤渣与岩屑颗粒混合形成了煤泥岩粉,容易造成排水管路堵塞,给矿井排水系统造成压力和负担。针对该情况设计了1种气动振动泥水分离装置,能够对井下的高杂质污水快速进行固液分离,具有分离效率高、劳动强度低、一机多用、适应性强等特点。该装置的应用降低了电力设施的高成本投入,减少了井下排水系统的维护次数,提高了排水系统的使用效率。Aiming at the current situation that multi-stage drainage points are often used for underground drainage in coal mines,the water extracted during the drainage process contains a large amount of coal slag and rock debris particles.After long-term drainage,the mixture of coal slag and rock debris particles with coal shale powder will cause the drainage pipeline diameter to decrease,causing pressure and burden to the mine drainage system.A pneumatic vibration coal slurry-water separation device was designed and developed to address this situation,realizing rapid solid-liquid separation of high impurity wastewater in underground mines has the advantages of high separation efficiency,low labor intensity,multiple uses of one machine,and strong adaptability.The application of the device can avoid high cost investment in power facilities,reduce the frequency of maintenance of underground drainage systems,and improve the efficiency of drainage system usage.
