摘 要:为确保膏体充填工作面的安全高效回采,以高河矿E1302工作面为研究对象,结合试验、模拟分析及现场实测等技术手段,对采面生产期间采空区的温度变化情况以及下部煤层自然发火情况等进行了分析。结果表明,E1302工作面在膏体凝固期间会释放热量,从而导致了采空区下部煤层及采面内温度增长,而温度增长会增加下部煤层自然发火的危险性,但是膏体充填采空区的遗煤缺乏持续自燃氧化条件,从而降低了采空区自然发火的危险性。E1302工作面膏体充填开采期间,采面内及回风口位置CO体积分数均在安全范围内,表明现场采用的膏体充填材料可满足采面采空区自然发火防治需求。In order to ensure the safe and efficient mining of paste filling working face,the E1302 working face of Gaohe Mine was taken as the research object.Combined with the technical means of test,simulation analysis and field measurement,the temperature change of goaf and the spontaneous combustion of the lower coal seam during the production of mining face were analyzed.The results showed that the E1302 working face released heat during the solidification of paste,which led to the increase of temperature in the lower coal seam and the mining face,and the increase of temperature will increase the risk of spontaneous ignition in the lower coal seam,but the residual coal in the paste filling goaf lacked the condition of continuous spontaneous combustion oxidation,thus reducing the risk of spontaneous ignition in the goaf.During the mining of E1302 paste filling working face,the CO volume fraction in the mining face and at the return air outlet was within the safe range,which indicated that the paste filling materials used on site can meet the need of spontaneous ignition prevention in the goaf of the mining face.
