摘 要:化工尾气具有组成复杂、污染性高、可燃性和爆炸性强的特点,直接排放会导致环境污染及可回收资源浪费,随着循环流化床锅炉的推广应用,可以将化工尾气掺烧于循环流化床锅炉中。首先,对YJ-240/9.8-M型循环流化床锅炉进行了概述;然后,根据掺烧改造流程要点、掺烧改造尾气数据、理论方面性能检测、管线布置等制定了掺烧系统改造方案;最后,开展了尾气掺比仿真模拟实验,以完善尾气掺烧系统,并通过实际应用,证明了掺烧系统能够有效利用化工尾气,实现了对合成尾气、化工尾气的热值回收与达标排放。Chemical tail gas has the characteristics of complex composition,high pollution,strong flammability and explosiveness.Direct discharge can lead to environmental pollution and waste of recyclable resources.With the promotion and application of circulating fluidized bed boilers,chemical tail gas can be mixed and burned in recirculating fluidized bed boilers.Firstly,an overview of YJ-240/9.8-M recirculating fluidized bed boiler was provided;then,based on the key points of the blending modification process,tail gas data from the blending modification,theoretical performance testing,pipeline layout,etc.,a blending system modification scheme was formulated;finally,simulation experiments were conducted to improve the tail gas blending system,and through practical application,it was proven that the blending system can effectively utilize chemical tail gas,achieve the recovery of heat value from synthetic tail gas and chemical tail gas,and achieve standard emissions.
