摘　　要：本文回顾了20世纪90年代中叶欧美相继出现的多家制浆造纸企业废水全回用情况,随后我国也出现了多个制浆造纸废水全回用工程,从而积极推动了世界制浆造纸环境保护技术的发展。近年来双膜零排放技术在我国制浆造纸行业得到广泛认可。神克隆SKL深度处理造纸废水技术应用于多个大型工程,为废水回用发挥了关键作用。This article reviews the emergence of many pulp and paper enterprises with complete wastewater reuse in Europe and America in the mid-1990s and China in the following days,which actively promoted the development of environmental protection technology in the pulp and paper industry in the world.In recent years,the dual membrane zero emission technology has been widely recognized in the pulp and paper industry in China.The SKL advanced treatment technology for papermaking wastewater developed by Nanjing Shenclone Technology Co.,LTD.has been applied to multiple large-scale projects,playing a key role in wastewater reuse.
