摘 要:本论文中,笔者利用硫酸氢钠水溶液处理稻秆纤维以改善其酶解性能,利用单因素试验探究最佳处理工艺。结果表明,在硫酸氢钠用量2%、处理温度110℃、处理时间50min(浸渍15min、纤维浓度15%)的条件下,硫酸氢钠水溶液对稻秆纤维酶解性能的改善效果最佳。在上述条件下,纤维中的木质素和木聚糖得到有效脱除,和相同条件下经清水处理后的纤维相比,经硫酸氢钠处理后纤维中的酶解葡聚糖含量和葡聚糖转化率提高。In this paper,the NaHSO4 aqueous solution was used to treat rice straw for the modification on the fiber enzyme hydrolysis property,and the single factor tests were applied to determine the optimal conditions.The results showed that the NaHSO_(4) dosage of 2%,treating temperature of 110℃ and treating time of 50min(soaking time of 15min,fiber concentration of 15%)were chosen as the optimal conditions.Under above conditions,the lignin and xylan in the fibers could be removed effectively;besides,the content of the hydrolyzed glucan in the fibers treated by the NaHSO4 aqueous solution and the glucan conversion ratio during the enzyme hydrolysis process were increased compared with those of the fibers treated by H_(2)O.
